Mrs. Dorval Marie Wright, 50, wife of Rev. Lester Wright, pastor of the Calvary Tabernacle Church, died Sunday in Culver Hospital where she had been a patient one week. She had been in failing health two years. Born June 18, 1908, in Johnson County. Mrs. Wright was the daughter of Clem Bradley and Mae Thompson Bradley. She married Rev. Wright June 4, 1927 at Shelbyville. Mrs. Wright was a graduate of the Union High School in Johnson County and a member of the Calvary Tabernacle Church. She had lived in Crawfordsville 15 years. Surviving, besides the husband, are two daughters, Mrs. Sandra Demoret of Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Shirley Jean Wright, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Sisson and Mrs. Oma Wright, both of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Lillian Sanders of Johnson County; a brother, Herman Bradley of Johnson County, one grandchild and 22 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by the parents, a brother and a sister. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. in the Calvary Tabernacle Church, Rev. M. J. Bibbs of New Castle will be the officiating minister. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Indianapolis. Friends may call at the McCloud Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Monday.
